By using myS8, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You also agree to comply with all platform rules and applicable laws.

  1. User Accounts

Users (tenants, landlords, authorities) must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for managing your credentials and safeguarding account access.

  1. User Conduct & Communication

myS8 offers in-app chat for direct tenant–landlord and tenant–authority communication. Users must maintain respectful, lawful behavior in all communications. Harassment, spam, or discriminatory content is strictly prohibited.

  1. Jurisdictional Disclosures

myS8 helps determine correct Housing Authority jurisdiction. While we strive for accuracy, users are encouraged to verify eligibility with local authorities before entering into agreements.

  1. Listings & Applications

Landlords may post unlimited property listings for free; tenants can apply instantly. myS8 is not responsible for the accuracy of listings or user-submitted content.

  1. PDF Features & Document Sharing

Our platform enables PDF generation, upload, and sharing. Users guarantee they own or are authorized to share all documents uploaded.

  1. Intellectual Property & Privacy

All app content, branding, and features are owned by myS8, Inc. Your use grants us a license to display or distribute your content as needed. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data use.

  1. Limitation of Liability

myS8 is not liable for damages caused by miscommunication, delays, misuse, or technical errors. We provide the platform “as is” without warranties.

  1. Modifications or Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
